During our recent health outreach, women and men from the community came together to receive basic health checks including blood pressure screenings. While these may seem like small acts but they are powerful steps in preventing illness, raising awareness and saving lives.
For many in vulnerable communities, access to healthcare remains a challenge. That is why CCF is committed to making health a right not a privilege. By bringing services closer to the people, we ensure that no one is left behind, one check-up, one person, one family at A time.
